Construction completed in 2007 and intended for housing. It was designed by the Belloymonterde studio, formed by architects Francisco Bello and Manuel Monteverde.

This is a set with clear reminiscences framed within pop culture. Coloured façade and a measured chromatic rhythm in the glass of the stairwell box. It is an ingenious architectural proposal that skilfully overcomes the limited dimensions of the plot on which it stands, both functionally and aesthetically. A slender volume is divided into horizontal bands corresponding to each of the dwellings. These nine units are interconnected by the insertion of the letters VLD, giving continuity and perspective to the powerful corner formed by the façade, projecting the lettering along the party wall.

The construction has the particularity of brightening the view of the street where it is located.
