On a plot located on Paseo la Cornisa, from where magnificent panoramic views of the bay and the port can be seen, this building was erected in 2004 for a private individual who proposed it be used both as a residence and a paediatric consultation room.

The project was designed by architects José Antonio Sosa and Miguel Santiago, who designed a house that literally "elongates" over the site to take advantage of the views.

The composition differentiates the various uses through two solid volumes of exposed concrete. The rest of the walls are reduced to a secondary enclosure role, in which the openings and blind planes are not compositionally distinguished.

This is a magnificent example of the best contemporary residential architecture in the city.
