This is the only detached building on the promenade, which retains a single original floor, where again, the towers appear emphasising a terraced and pergola-covered space that has later been enclosed. The windows finished with semicircular arches, which are later than the project, give a casual character to the composition.

Designed as a "holiday home", the building, raised - with a semi-basement - above what would later be the Promenade, adapts to the triangular plot with an "L"-shaped bay formerly occupied by aligned rooms, topped with polygonal shapes and connected to a central open and pergola-covered triangular-plan space. The new use has dissolved those two bays to remain as a free dining room floor. The elevations, although with new carpentry, retain the original academic image of openings between pilasters delimited by the plinth and cornice.

Casa Alzola Apolinario was completely renovated, respecting its façade, in 2005.
