Banco Santander Building

Located on a corner of León y Castillo and Bravo Murillo streets, next to San Telmo Park, the height of this building makes it an urban landmark of the city. From its position, the tower faces another building designed by Zuazo in 1948, the Unión y el Fénix, which stands at the other end of the park.

The vertical prism of the Banco Santander building and the rhythm of its façades, marked by the vertical lines of the frames that separate the windows, contrast with the heavy solidity of the Unión y el Fénix.
