[...] businessman D. Enrique Edgar Siemens Fründt acquired some land for which he applied for a building permit in 1924. The edification project was done by D. Eduardo Laforet Altolaguirre, who envisaged a grand building with two floors, basement and tower. It was done in a tasteful classist style with certain colonial influences. Balconies with ballustrades abound on it, with access staircases and openings with different enclosures. The tower is awe-inspiring, standing on three floors and round in shape. On its first two floors there are lintled windows, while in the centre its vertical axis of its façade, a tapered dome rises up. This dome is of glass ceramic material, set out in a scale pattern. It is topped off by a central tower. At the base of the dome are eight upright oval skylights, while the rest of the building has terrace areas on top.
