This rehabilitation of old agricultural warehouses located in the course of the Guiniguada ravine to convert them into a multipurpose cultural forum was carried out by the architect Héctor García Sánchez in 2003. The plot where the intervention took place is next to the Jardín Canario, in a very suggestive natural environment.

The old agricultural warehouse, clearly abandoned, was rehabilitated through two simple operations: the first consisting of splitting the module in two, generating a large access space that relates to the divisions, integrating the entire outdoor space into the new building as a pleasant welcoming place; the second was to open its façades to favour the interior-exterior exchange according to internal uses.

Very interesting is the relationship of the filtered exterior views through the latticework that makes the façade a skin with its own identity. Light, inside, always plays a key role with the natural environment where the building is located.

Noteworthy is the access path to the building, which took advantage of the existence of a fruit tree as an intermediate element between the entrance to the plot and the path running parallel to the building. The path on steel plates rusted by the passage of time produces, as the visitor walks, different sounds which, together with those produced by the sheets of water, accompany you to the entrance. There we find a platform on which a glass sculpture stands reflecting the magnificent surroundings. Both wood and glass, basic construction materials, act suitably with the spectacular landscape that surrounds it.
