Single-family house on La Cepa street

Located in the protected area of La Caldera de Bandama, opposite the mountain of the same name, this house was designed by architect Manuel Feo as a private single-family home. 

Completed in 2017, the building presents a curious appearance with its sharp edges of abstract aesthetic, simulating a sculptural work and sheltered behind a striking stone wall with graphic motifs of a vegetal character. 

The house has the particularity of having a glass bench at its entrance situated just opposite a significant cantilevered element. Also noteworthy is the stepped garden and the bold lines of its façade, where the openings are on the front side facing the magnificent landscape it overlooks, while the rear part is blind, aiming to maintain privacy from neighbouring buildings.
