The Victoria Theatre, located in the very centre of Santa Cruz (Méndez Núñez street), is a cultural and performing arts space that fulfils a triple function: training centre, creation and research space, and venue for dance and theatre performances.

Since 2000 it has maintained a stable programme of small and medium format shows, encompassing different artistic styles and creations, both Canarian and national and international, always orbiting around new theatrical and choreographic languages. 

The Victoria Theatre has been a member of the Network of Alternative Venues of Spain since 2004 and its programme is supported by several public institutions such as the Ministry of Culture INAEM, Tenerife Island Council, Government of the Canary Islands and the Autonomous Organism of Culture of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council.

Its cultural and artistic work was honoured in 2014 with the Honor Award from the Réplica Association of Performing Arts Companies of the Canary Islands.
