La Granja Space

Located in the same building as the State Public Library in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, on its ground floor next to the park of the same name, we find the La Granja Space theatre-room.

The Space hosts screenings by the Canary Islands Film Archive, as well as a multidisciplinary stable cultural programme, focused on various and interesting artistic disciplines, such as: theatre, musical concerts, cinema, and dance.

This cultural facility is attached to the Government of the Canary Islands and is managed by the public company Instituto Canario de Desarrollo Cultural (Canary Islands Institute of Cultural Development).  

Its reopening took place in 2019 and since then it has maintained a diverse and very active cultural programme that connects with the rest of the institutions housed in the Casa de la Cultura building: the State Public Library, the Contemporary Art Room (SAC) and the official headquarters on the island of Tenerife of the Canary Islands Film Archive.
