This magnificent building, erected at the beginning of the 17th century, is one of the most characteristic examples of the old domestic architecture of that area, located on the edge of the road leading towards the centre of the island.

It is a two-storey building with a party wall courtyard. The façade stands out with the characteristic construction style of that time, with an irregular arrangement and size of openings, highlighting the entrance and the upper window with a carved sill aligned on the axis, both set within a large cut stone panel. Three stone gargoyles beneath a tile parapet crown the elevation.
