The Casa Westerling

This is a 17th century building which was refurbished in 1984 and turned into the Lawyer Bar headquarters. It is essentially rectangular in shape, with two successive courtyards surrounded by rooms. The first main courtyard is reached through the hallway, in the second centre line, which has grooved and channeled  right feet. The staircase is situated over to the left, with two flights under a stone arch. The end gallery leans on the two balconies and flanks the door that joins on to the rear courtyard, originally for service use, now under cover and used as an events hall. The façade is on two levels, and is predominantly sturdy, and stands as a simple support for the recesses. The doorway has a stonework frame, and has an open balcony over it. The windows on the lower floor also have stone frames, with molded sills and lattice, while the top ones and those on the façade overlooking calle Antonio de Viana feature parapets and wooden frames with pivoting leaves on a horizontal axis.
