Cambiópolis, City of Transition is a mural located at the rear of the DISA building. The artistic work was carried out in July 2018 in collaboration by students from Plena Inclusión Canarias and the Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño Fernando Estévez, within the framework of the Desafi-Arte project. 

The person responsible for executing this initiative was the artist Víctor Seus, who gave a series of workshops at the Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño Fernando Estévez, then put into practice everything learned during the classes on the wall located between Paseo José Manuel González Mena and Alcalde Ernesto Rumeu de Armas street. A total of 18 students participated: 11 members of Plena Inclusión Canarias and 7 Art students.
