In March 2021 this huge mural was created on San Sebastián street, as part of the "Immerse Yourself in Santa Cruz" initiative by the Fundación Cepsa, which seeks to provide artistic content to party walls in a state of abandonment or lacking aesthetic appeal in the capital of Tenerife.

The mural is titled Diasporas and was created by the Canarian artist Fran Feo, artistically known as Feo Flip. The work pays tribute to the richness of migrations and to all those peoples who, due to drastic circumstances, have to leave their place of origin, leaving behind their families and customs to venture on a path of uncertain destination, risking their lives.  

To represent this idea, the artist based it on two spinning tops, a toy as ancient and universal as migration itself, in constant motion, along with different characters spinning around holding onto a rope.

The mural has been made in a warm colour palette, ochres predominating, in harmony with the surroundings, combining lines and volumes created with spray paint. Perspective and geography join hands in this great display of colour and feelings.
