Heat is a monumental piece of small format, closely linked to the aesthetics of Protector I and also to the constructive models of Rehabilitation . It recreates, through its five columns on the façade and a continuous wall topped by an arched roof, a vaulted Romanesque nave. The work conveys an intense religious sensation, even more than Rehabilitation , which is a simulacrum of the Romanesque nave and its spiritual spatial connotations. In Heat the transcendent void of the interior impresses by the elevation that shapes it.

The piece was conceived as a homage to Felo Monzón and his wife Mercedes Geara, and its spatial qualities make it a kind of neo-constructivist pantheon.
