The centre, with a capacity for 11,500 users, will have opening hours from 7:00 to 23:00, Monday to Friday; Saturdays from 9:00 to 22:00; and Sundays and public holidays, it will be open between 9:00 and 18:00.

The new space will be complemented by a large square and a pedestrian walkway that will allow the recovery of 3,000 m² of sandy surface on Las Canteras beach, following the demolition of the existing car park.
