This group of traditional Canarian buildings were constructed, the oldest of all, in the 17th century, as homes, wineries and wine presses; all linked to the export of wine and the grapevine cultivation cycle, which provided so much wealth at that time.

The buildings are arranged in a "U" shape open to the road. Particularly notable are the two single-bay constructions joined in a "T" shape that close the complex to the west: a smaller two-storey building with a four-sided tiled roof; and another, of urban style, more modern in its construction, with three floors featuring openings framed in stonework, as well as in the cornice and plinth.
