This sculpture, located in the centre of the Buque escuela Juan Sebastián de Elcano roundabout, at the junction of the city access road from the South motorway with Constitución Avenue, is the work of the Tenerife artist Alejandro Tosco.

Made in 2013 from corten steel, it is a figure that reflects on the underwater world, being closely linked to the aesthetic of the Lanzarote artist César Manrique. Raised on a small stone pedestal in the middle of the roundabout, the image represents a notable symbolic element that strongly breaks into the urban landscape in which it is set.
