In the centre of Plaza de Europa this magnificent work by the artist Martín Chirino was placed.

On a cement base rests a geometric iron figure characterised by its energy and dynamism. The author pays tribute to Marinetti, founder of the Futurist movement.

There is another work from the same series located in Brussels. The one in Santa Cruz was made in 1992. Chirino titled it: Homenaje. Serie Marinetti II. El sueño de los continentes. El sueño de Europa.
