Terraced house at 34 San José promenade

In the San José neighbourhood we find this residential house of traditional Canarian architectural typology.

Possibly built at the end of the 18th century, the one-storey building with a rear courtyard stands out above all for its façade, where the asymmetrical elevation of the large openings shows us the two side windows made of quartered carpentry and resting on ashlar sills. The entrance to the house is framed by a wide band of masonry. It also has three curious drainage gutters. The roof is flat, without tiles.
