Two-storey single-family home designed by architect Miguel Martín-Fernández de la Torre in 1933 and built a year later for Asensio Ayala. 

The rationalist aesthetic dominates its façade with straight and harmonious lines in the arrangement of the openings and its large upper terrace. The interior was conceived based on the premise of a free plan that would allow the distribution of space to be adjusted as much as possible according to the particular needs of each area. 

This is one of the most brilliant works of the Gran Canaria architect Martín-Fernández de la Torre. The building is one of the works selected by DOCOMOMO (Documentation and Conservation of Modern Movement Heritage) from among all those carried out in the Canary Islands.
