In the mid-1990s, architect Julián Valladares designed this large building to be installed on a huge plot between La Granja Park and La Rambla, in its Reyes Católicos sector. 

The building, completed in 2000, presents itself as an element capable of reducing the impact on the environment, given its large volume, thanks to the aerial effect of designing its exterior emphasising the shadows cast by the terraces and the exposed concrete eaves, which over time have been covered by vegetation. 

The rhythm on the façade is continuous and features refined design resources that run through it in its delicate dynamic of horizontal curved lines.

The building stands out more for its great expressiveness than for its dimensions.
