This building, erected in 1901, was designed by the architect Antonio Pintor for the promoter Manuel González as a single property divided into two dwellings. Its location, on La Noria Street, is in one of the oldest areas of the city of Santa Cruz.

Framed within the purest eclecticism, the façade of the building is very well balanced. It has a frame formed by the plinth and some curious corner pilasters. On the lower floor, the openings are framed with lowered arches; those on the second floor have lintelled frames adorned with mouldings. The two balconies rest on corbels and are closed by beautiful railings. The entire upper front is traversed by a frieze of tiles with geometric motifs. The flat roof is closed by an interesting railing interrupted by several plinths. 

The interior of the building is divided into two double-storey dwellings. A rectangular courtyard, now covered, is divided by a main dividing wall, around which galleries and rooms are located. 

Currently the property houses the headquarters of the emblematic murga Afilarmónica Ni Fu-Ni Fa and the Peña del Lunes 1965 Lyrical Musical Association, flagship groups of the Santa Cruz carnival.
