Designed in 1978 by architects Javier Domínguez Anadón and Julián Valladares, this building intended for housing on its upper part and commercial premises on the lower part, is located in the area as an example of delicate contemporary architecture in the heart of the Barrio de los Hoteles.

The construction features a very interesting façade that satisfactorily resolves the corner junction. Furthermore, the combination of the cement cladding with the rhythmic arrangement of the latticework that closes the openings gives the work one of its identity symbols.

Completed in 1981, this building blends the volumetric sobriety of its basic straight lines with its circular openings, designed to provide light to the common interior spaces.
