This group of sixty-four officially protected homes built in the La Gallega neighbourhood was designed, in the middle of the first decade of this century, by the Tenerife architect Eustaquio Martínez.
The work, of enormous presence, is developed through a basic undulating structure, where a low body supports another set back in modules.
The appearance of the building, completed in 2011, is characterised by an undulating horizontality, highlighted in the development of the height bands and in the horizontal openings.
