Nueva Dimensión Offices Building

This building was designed in 2005 by the architect Eustaquio Martínez to house the headquarters and offices of a company dedicated to the real estate business.

Situated on a corner, the building occupies just over seven hundred square metres distributed over three floors. The lower floor, at street level, has a completely different treatment to the two upper floors on the outside. The ground floor is exposed through large glass windows; the upper floors maintain a completely opposite programme, with their ingenious coloured façade partly hidden by a curious almost opaque mesh.

Inside, the spaces are very well utilised, combining light-toned furniture installations with an important role played by vegetation appropriate to these areas.

The building, completed in 2008, with its curved development and curious façade, stands out for its conceptual capacity and ingenious design.
