This facility was designed by architects Antonio Corona, Arsenio Pérez Amaral and Eustaquio Martínez in 2002 for the island bus transport company TITSA.

It is a clearly industrial-type building located near the Santa María del Mar neighbourhood. It was built in concrete on the slope of the Barranco Grande, between two important communication routes.

The constructive and compositional solution combine satisfactorily by merging two fundamental elements. On one hand, a vast plane covered with concrete slabs through which light penetrates, carefully designed for the complicated manoeuvres of large vehicles. On the other hand, above a large stepped plinth of landscaped spaces accompanying the building in its vertical development, emerges a metallic body housing the company’s offices, centralising all administrative functions here.

We are therefore faced with a building that reliably guarantees a complicated combination of objectives, located in a place of difficult orography, resolved with ingenuity and skill.
