The architect Eustaquio Martínez designed this residential building in 2006 to be built on a narrow plot located on Molowny Street.

The building draws attention for its apparent façade, where some exposed stone plays with wooden slats that give the whole a verticality without artifice. The homogeneity, broken by a door and a large window above it that provides light to the common interior space, is only fractured when the folding shutters come into action.

The ensemble stands out for its uniform appearance and geometric rigour, which enable a curious and suggestive serene and unified appearance with a very careful look.

The work was completed in 2010.
