Block of four groups of homes, each with three floors, designed in 1935 by the architect Marrero Regalado for the Cruz Delgado brothers.

This architectural complex, located at the corner of La Rambla and Numancia street, reflects the combination of elements that the architect himself called "modern Dutch style", with others bearing a slight touch of traditional Canarian architecture, always catalysed by the versatile architect's wonderful vision.

Regularity, proportion, careful ornamental details on doors, cornices and corners are the hallmark of Marrero's work.
