Another magnificent rationalist architectural work designed by the architect José Blasco, this time in 1935 for the owner Cristóbal Ravelo.

It is a four-storey building with commercial premises on the ground floor that features a curious curved chamfer which ingeniously and aesthetically solves the fact that the construction overlooks three different streets: Valentín Sanz, Imeldo Serís and Doctor Allart.

As he did in other projects of his authorship, Blasco delicately and expressively resolves the neutral run of the entire façade. Ordered bands of openings with wooden shutters are distributed precisely over the building’s surface, giving the building a very dynamic appearance.

The ground floors have been altered to house different types of businesses over time.
