The Frenchman Claude Viseux was the only artist to participate in both editions of the outdoor sculpture exhibitions in Santa Cruz de Tenerife; in the first of 1973-74, with the work Homenaje a Millares located in Parque García Sanabria; in the second of 1994-95, with this one named Tensores .

Tensores was made of stainless steel and consisted of three hollow vertical tubular elements with surprising finishes and anchored to the ground by very developed bases that the author defined as "folds that trap space" which provided great stability.

The sculpture was installed in 1996 at the junction of Marítima and Tres de Mayo avenues. It remained there for nearly ten years, when it was removed due to the works for the establishment of the new tramway tracks. Inexplicably, after its dismantling, nothing more was heard of this work of art. To this day it remains missing. A complete mystery and a disgrace.
