This eclectic style building was designed in 1901 by the architect Manuel de Cámara as a warehouse and residence for his mother, María del Pilar Cruz, widow of Cámara.

The building is located in the upper part of the former Calle del Sol, today Doctor Allart, in an environment where traditional architecture predominated at the beginning of the 20th century, so this two-storey property, which features a great decorative contribution on its façade, caused some impact at the time. 

The ground floor, intended as a warehouse, has three doors framed by flat arches. On the second floor, intended as a residence, there are three lintelled openings ennobled with mouldings, vegetal ornaments, radial suns and acroteria. Recently restored, the interior of the building has been completely renovated; on the exterior, more height than originally has been added with restraint and balance. The state of conservation of the property is good.
