These two houses facing each other on both sides of Méndez Núñez street at its corner with Numancia, acquire notable urban significance, both for their uniformity and location, as well as for their size.

Framed within the boundaries of the Hotels neighbourhood, their architect, Antonio Pintor, offers us a different model from that frequently used in the area. Here the garden and vegetation, so characteristic in many houses of the neighbourhood, are omitted, proposing for the intersection of the streets buildings with a high-quality design on their façades, particularly highlighting the glazed iron balcony placed on both chamfers.
