This is one of the last works designed by the architect Antonio Pintor among the many he left in Santa Cruz. Located right on Calle del Castillo, the promoters Bernardo de La Rosa and Erasmo de Armas commissioned the architect in 1927 to design a building intended for warehouse, offices, and housing.

The façade has a ternary rhythm: two side lines ending in respective towers, and a wide central section. The ornamentation is spectacular along the entire front, with very figurative details.

For many years a haberdashery called "Las tres Muñecas" was located in its commercial halls, hence the building is popularly known by this name.
