Víctor Doreste y Navarro Printing House

The printer Víctor Doreste y Navarro established his first typographic workshop in 1867 on Calle del Colegio (today Dr. Chil) number 25, and a year later on Calle Canónigos (today Antonio López Botas) number 19. It soon became known as "El Federal", and from 1874 it moved to number 23 Calle de la Cuna, a street now known as Pedro Díaz. 

The printing house was dedicated almost exclusively to publishing works of a religious nature and was always closely linked to the bishopric.

The workshop disappeared in 1878 while working on an edition of a work by the canon Roca y Ponsa, which had to be finished by another printing house.
