Building designed in 1995 by the architect Fernando Martín Menis, who on this occasion also acted as the project's developer. 

Located at the corner of Capitán Gómez Landero and Comandante Sánchez Pinto streets, the construction is configured through materials linked to local tradition: uncut stones, concrete and wood. Notable are the slats of the latter material that unfold along the façade, curved at the corner, functioning as blinds, allowing light to pass according to the time of day.

The horizontal structure of the lower area contrasts with the verticality of the upper floors. Both sectors are separated by a simple and effective concrete band.

The building was completed in 1997 and was immediately recognised as a work of great architectural quality.
