A somewhat late rationalist typology work by the architect Miguel Fernández de la Torre. It was designed in May 1940 for the owner Casimiro Cabrera Abreu, to be located on Hermanos García de la Torre Street, in Ciudad Jardín.

We find a building in which Miguel Martín puts into practice some of the legendary architectural principles of modernity: flat roofs, gardened rooftops, free-standing steel pillars, cubic structures, continuous cantilevered terraces and the predominance of horizontal lines in the composition.
