Enrique Wolfson Street was initially considered as an area to be built under garden city guidelines, but in reality it ended up being converted into an area of fairly tall buildings. An example of what the street could have been and never was is found in this building designed by architects Javier Díaz-Llanos and Vicente Saavedra for the landowner José Ventura Hernández-Francés Oramas.

It is a two-storey family home resolved through clear and powerful volumes that seek contrasts of more or less rough and hard materials. This creates an intimate character in the house, renouncing any connection with the street and turning it towards an open interior space configured by a pleasant garden. The appearance given by the pure exterior materials, only altered by the volume of the stairwell opening, contrasts with an interior where the spaces are satisfactorily distributed and compartmentalised, giving a great sense of comfort.

This very well articulated and carefully constructed house was completed in 1964.
