This building, designed by architect Marrero Regalado in 1942 for the Larrarte family, gained some notoriety at the time, as it was located on a strategic plot between the main road to La Laguna and the so-called "Vía de Enlace", now Avenida Benito Pérez Armas.

It is a work in the Montañés style accompanied by a rich decorative design for the interiors.
