Built on a narrow plot located in a central area of the city, this building was designed by architects Felipe Artego, Fernando Martín Menis and José María Rodríguez-Pastrana. Completed in 2001, the building consists of two commercial premises on the ground floor and ten dwellings (two per floor) distributed over five storeys.

The building adjoins the neighbouring party walls through vertical fissures that allow natural ventilation and lighting of the communication core.

The façade, to which all the dwellings face, is composed of various concrete bands that undulate around the entire perimeter, generating linear openings made up of aluminium joinery and sliding louvre blinds of variable size and various colours.

The layout of undulating parallel lines gives the building great dynamism, accentuated by its corner location and its orientation towards the two adjoining streets.
