Mid-terrace house of two storeys with a cornice line similar to all those on the pavement of Numancia street between General O'Donnell and 25 de Julio streets. It was designed by Mariano Estanga in 1906 and may have been one of the first to be built in this sector. It features several characteristic elements on its façade: its crowning with the Art Nouveau sunflower ornamentation, the aligned arrangement of the three openings, and the wrought iron work of the balconies.
