Magnificent early 20th-century construction attributable to the architect Mariano Estanga in his modernist association, closely influenced by the French "art nouveau" school. Exquisite ornamental richness, use of the "coup de fouet" and varied vegetal details are elements that stand out in this work.    

The façade, of symmetrical composition divided into three vertical sections, features a straight cornice interrupted twice by curved elements with raised vegetal ribbons. The upper floor windows with semicircular arches have wrought iron balconies on corbels and decorative finishing combining varied forms. 

The building surprises with the organisation of its exterior aspect, where the simplicity of the walls is combined with decorative richness.

We are faced with a magnificent example of construction erected in the Hotel District intended for the Santa Cruz bourgeoisie of the time.
