Casa Cáceres (Pensión Cejas)

This building located on Calle San Francisco was designed in 1901 by the technician Federico Solé as housing and offices for the developer Conrado Cáceres Banlén.

We are faced with a two-storey building with an eclectic façade of marked horizontal character. The two floors are differentiated both by the decoration of the openings, richer on the upper floor which contains the living quarters; and by the different treatment given to the wall, with the upper part having two false fragmented pilasters at its ends. The façade is topped by a cornice between two friezes, with a central finish that conceals the double-pitched tiled roof. 

For many years it housed on its ground floor the printing press where the official bulletins of the province and the Canary Islands Autonomous Community were printed. Currently, the building is dedicated to the hospitality business.
