Acevedo Building

This building was designed in 1923 by the architect Domingo Pisaca as housing and commercial premises for the developer Antonio Acevedo Rojas. Numerous renovations and changes modified the original project over the more than seven years until the building's final completion in May 1931.

We find a building of marked eclectic style located in one of the best commercial areas of Santa Cruz, right on Calle del Castillo.

The façade stands out for the two bay windows on both sides that feature semicircular arched windows on the front and pointed arches on the chamfers; the central tower with a false window is also significant.

Inside, on the ground floor, are the spaces dedicated to commercial activities, and on the two upper floors are the residences, accessed via a central staircase.
