In 1924 the promoter of the work, Ángel Toledo Ruiz, commissioned the architect Pisaca to design a family home on the edge of the road from Santa Cruz to La Laguna, right on the Rambla de Pulido.

Pisaca proposed a three-part façade, with the central section set back and topped by a small tower. The treatment of the openings and the large windows is noteworthy.
