Located at the corner of Calle Jes s y Mar a with Robayna, this building of clear eclectic style was designed by the architect Domingo Pisaca in 1928 for the owner Mar a M ndez de Arce.
It is an opulent two-storey building with a garden enclosed by a wall and ironwork, as was usual in the Barrio de los Hoteles, where it is located.
The construction consists of two flat-roofed blocks (front and rear), articulated by a central block composed of two wings with three-sided pitched roofs. At the corner, like a chamfer, stands a curious semicircular porch supported by six columns with classical reminiscences.
Tiles, balustrades, ironwork, colonnades, and exterior vegetation are elements combined in this building.
