Multi-use building designed in 1935 by the architect Marrero Regalado for the developer Víctor González. It is located in one of the city's most active commercial areas, at the corner of Calle del Castillo and Juan Padrón.

The building has four floors; the lower one intended for commercial use and the other three above for housing. It is a composition with a marked horizontal tendency, where the use of continuous cantilevered balconies on the chamfer stands out as a magnificent expressive resource. This was a solution that was in vogue during those years in Santa Cruz, following the aesthetic guidelines of a sober rationalism. 

The whole ensemble is topped by a continuous visor and crowned on the chamfer façade by a decorative mast, an element that stands out for breaking the uniformity of the work; in the same way as the interesting design of the access door does.
