This was the third lower arch of the Serrador Bridge to be decorated under the initiative ‘Immerse Yourself in Santa Cruz’, developed by Cepsa with the aim of bringing colour and vitality to various places in the capital through urban art interventions.

Open to vehicular traffic, this space was decorated in 2015 by the muralist Diego Mena. Under the slogan "Chicharro Worldwide" (Chicharro around the world), this artist, native of Santa Cruz, presented a dissected world map of enormous dimensions. The internationalisation of the city is reflected in this work with tones very close to tattoo art through four elements: the chicharros (water), the eagles (air), the horses (earth), and fire.
