Single-family home designed in 1936 under clearly rationalist premises by the architect José Enrique Marrero Regalado for the owner Carlos Schwartz González. It is located on a side street off Avenida de Bélgica, now Severo Ochoa street, an area that at the time of the house's construction was completely isolated, in a setting with almost rural characteristics.

 The two-storey building rises like a sculpture based on a structural and formal differentiation of its four façades. The exterior, with few decorative details, is marked by a cubic appearance. There are windows and terraces on corners and plain walls. The main entrance door stands out with a glazed vertical band and is sparsely decorated following the design guidelines so characteristic of Marrero. Above the door is an oculus that provides light to the vestibule and the start of the staircase. The interior of the house is conceived through a basement, a common area floor and an upper floor with bedrooms and a bathroom. 

Even today the house surprises with its simple and functional appearance. It is currently surrounded by large modern buildings.
