Building at 12 Avenida Asuncionistas

This building, located on the stretch of Rambla de la Avenida de las Asuncionistas, by typology and prestige is believed to be a work of late eclecticism (perhaps from 1927) by the architect Antonio Pintor. 

The building has three floors, the ground floor intended for commercial use and the others for housing. Its façade stands out for the harmony in the composition of elements along its three storeys; the top crowned by a fine moulding on which rests a splendid moulded cornice and a parapet with curious decorative elements. A continuous balcony with balustrade runs along the entire front of the first floor; on the second, individual balconies close the openings, these aligned in vertical axes. 

The building is currently completely out of context with the urban fabric where it stands.
